It reads before it thinks, and asks before it saves
Built overnight and tested on holiday Wi-Fi in the morning. The app now works out what each note is for — a job log, a task, a quote request, a question — and it reads the company knowledge before deciding. Job references that used to stump it now resolve, because it knows the jobs.
It also started learning. Say a fact about the business — a rate, a server name, who does what — and it offers to save it. The offer sits in the inbox until you say yes. Its very first offer was correct, filed to the right note, and left waiting politely for a tap.
Field results from a locked phone: thirteen seconds, twenty-seven seconds, and one take recorded in airplane mode that arrived all by itself once signal returned, forty-seven seconds after the stamp. One recording of family chat came back as garbled Welsh — a known weakness with room-distance sound — and the honest part is what happened next: it extracted nothing from the garbage, saved nothing, and said so plainly.
